Lamar Jackson exited Sunday's game against the New England Patriots with a back injury.

He was ruled out near the end of the third quarter, with Tyler Huntley leading the Ravens offense.

Jackson left near the end of the first half after taking a knee to the back from Patriots safety Craig Woodson. Jackson was going to the ground at the end of a 3-yard quarterback read-option run.

Jackson was shown by "Sunday Night Football" cameras in pain as he went into the Ravens locker room before halftime.

Jackson played one more snap, handing the ball off to Keaton Mitchell for a 5-yard loss before exiting the game.

Huntley helped the Ravens beat the Chicago Bears in his lone start earlier this season and he helped lead a touchdown drive in the third quarter that regained the lead for the Ravens.

Jackson returned to the Ravens sideline in the third quarter.
